India is on its way to become a global powerhouse. IT is however suffering from a chronic shortage of skilled and semi-skilled manpower, which could pose a threat to the nation’s economic growth.

There is a need for a well established training infrastructure within the country to address this skill gap. Punj Lloyd has set up a Craftsmen Training Institute (CTI) in 2008 to meet the requirement of skilled craftsmen in the country. At CTI, we believe that by providing world class vocational training in a range of different career opportunities to the youth, we are contributing to a meaningful natural growth.

CTI provides structured entry-level vocational training and employment opportunities for young, inexperienced as well as experienced people alike. Training programs are designed to fulfill the direct need of the industry.
